Pay Rent

PayLease cash simplifies rent payments by allowing residents to pay their rent at participating retail stores during hours that suit their schedule. PayLease cash payments are posted to PURE Property Management of Texas collection in real time.

How to make a cash payment with PayLease

• Simply find the nearest CheckFreePay agent location. Two locations near our office in Round Rock are HEB, and/or Walmart. You can also look online to find other participating stores.
• Tell the customer service representative that you would like to make a payment on a bill.
• Present your PayLease card and cash payment to the service representative.
• Keep your receipt; for questions about your payment, contact PURE Property Management of Texas.

Rent payment MUST be received in our office by the 3rd of the month. If payment has not been received by the 3rd of the month, late fees will be assessed, regardless of the date payment was postmarked.
