Every month we receive calls from investors that are not satisfied with their current property management company. Maybe the service is far below the initial promises, communication is sporadic or nonexistent, expenses have risen, or you feel the company is no longer working in your best interest. Whatever the reason, you have started to look for an alternative so you should not be forced to stay with a poor performing company, after all it is your investment property.
HOW WE CAN HELP
- Our office can walk you through the processes in making the switch. Proper communication is the key to making the process. Use the template below to notify the company of the switch and let them know our office will be handling the take over proces.
- Items we need are the resident’s security deposit, copies of lease agreements and any renewals, your owners’ reserves, keys, along with any correspondence or outstanding invoices that have not been paid on your behalf.
HOW TO START
