Discover Cedar Park
The largest portion of Cedar Park is located North west of Austin in Williamson County. Approximately a 20 minute drive west of our office, we expect the demand and stability of Cedar Park rentals to continue. Commuters use Hwy 183 or the 183A tollway traveling to Austin or the metro train service. The population is primarily families in newly built apartments or single family residences. Good schools and the location of Austin Community College add to the appeal of living in Cedar Park. Current population of 78,414 is expected to continue growth over the next 10 years. The addition of the 1.5 billion dollar United States Tennis Association Headquarters is currently in development on the newly purchased 155 acres on the eastern portion of the city. Additionally, the Presidio project is projected to add an additional 327 housing units with hotel and restaurants following.
