Financial Reporting
An absolute key to all investors is timely and accurate accounting of financials. Not only can you count on when you will receive your monthly proceeds it is our intent to provide you timely updates to avoid any last minute surprises. As an investor ourselves, we did not like it when an expense was incurred on the fifth or sixth of the month and we did not know about it until the next month's statement. Each week our office will 0email our owners any invoice they might have been charged on the next month's statement. Owners do not have to do anything, except understand that our office is informing them up to two or three weeks prior to the next month's statement. The services below are offered free of charge and included in our management package.
- Owner proceeds are processed sent via ACH direct deposit to your bank, on the first business day after the sixth each month.
- Owners receive an email statement with complete accounting.
- Invoices paid on your behalf are always emailed to ensure full financial transparency.
- Owners may choose an optional free of charge yearly payment of HOA dues.
- Payment of monthly items at the request of owners
- Yearly tax statement
- Annual summary of owner statements.
